Research shows that healthy eating makes for a healthier ADHD brain. Since people with ADHD carry a higher risk for obesity, it is important for children and adults to incorporate mindful eating practices and solid nutrition into their everyday lives. A key component of managing ADHD symptoms is developing a positive relationship with food.
