The keto diet or a high fat, moderate protein, and very low carbohydrate way of eating has been all the rage lately. If you feel like you have been overeating due to the current pandemic (who hasn’t?) and are starting to think more about your health, you will be totally impressed by something called the “lazy keto” way of eating and motivated by this woman who lost over 100 pounds doing it.
And did we mention that she did it in just one year? It’s pretty impressive if you ask us.
