During the first few weeks of lockdown, Khuzwayo had a change in habits. “3 weeks into lockdown when I was baking and eating everything in sight & I had bad sleeping habits. So I learned to adjust.”
The fitness guru is a great reminder that fitness is not just about working out, but fueling your body the right way, she says “currently, I eliminated food that leave me feeling bloated and tired and I also cut down meat. I also got my sleeping routine back.”
